Asia Education Leader Forum 2023 Winter: Graduate Programs in Education: A Comparison in East Asia
The Asia Education Leader Course successfully held the Asia Education Leader Forum 2023 Winter on March 11, 2023. The theme of this Forum was Graduate Programs in Education: A Comparison in East Asia. It aimed at exploring and comparing Graduate Programs in Education in East Asia. Based on presentations from three perspectives: research fields of Graduate Schools of Education, teaching and management, and partnership, participants were invited to jointly discuss the features and possibilities of Graduate Programs in Education in East Asia.
The Forum started with an opening address by Mr. Chungyi Lee, College of Education, National Chengchi University and Professors from AELC partner universities. Then, we were pleased to invite AEL students from College of Education at National Chengchi University, from School of Psychology and School of Educaton Science at Nanjing Normal University and from Graduate School of Education at Tohoku University to provide presentations of their affiliation’s research fields, teaching and management, and partnership. Following each session’s presentations, AEL students and Professors from AEL partner universities joined the exchange and discussion of the features and possibilities of Graduate Programs in Education from the perspectives of research fields, teaching and management and partnership. The Forum ended with concluding remarks by Professors from AELC partner universities.
