Pre-departure Orientation for AEL 2024 Winter Course
On December 18, we were pleased to conduct a pre-departure orientation for nine students of the Graduate School of Education at Tohoku University. These students are going to take part in the AEL 2024 Winter Course between Dec.25, 2023 and Jan.6, 2024.
In the orientation, AELC Secretariat Office provided information covered in three phases: preparations before departure, important matters that require attention during their stay in Taiwan and key points on their return to Japan. We also emphasized the importance of gathering information regarding travel documentation, health insurance, and emergency contacts before departure. Furthermore, we also provided advice on risk management to the students.
