Research on teachers’ identities, belonging, and learning for equitable and sustainable teacher education
公平で持続可能な教師教育を目指した、教師のアイデンティティ、帰属意識、専門的学習に関する研究
Situated within contemporary debates on teacher education and educational change in global and Asian contexts, my research focuses on teachers’ professional growth, particularly beginning teachers’ identity, sense of belonging, and professional learning in diverse socio-cultural and policy contexts. Using qualitative and comparative approaches, I examine how teachers negotiate professional identities and respond to educational change. I also investigate collaborative teacher learning communities and school–university partnerships, exploring how collaboration can bridge theory and practice and support sustainable professional development. In addition, my research aims to contribute to equitable and internationally informed teacher education systems, particularly within Asian contexts.
グローバルおよびアジアの文脈における教師教育と教育改革を背景として、教師の専門的成長、特に初任教師の教師アイデンティティ、帰属意識、専門的学習を主な研究テーマとしています。質的・比較研究のアプローチを用いて、教師が専門職アイデンティティをどのように形成・再構築し、教育改革に対応していくのかを明らかにしています。また、教師の協働的学習コミュニティや学校と大学の連携にも着目し、協働を通じた理論と実践の接続および持続可能な専門職成長のあり方を探究しています。さらに、アジアを中心とした文脈において、公平性と国際的視点を重視した教師教育システムの発展に貢献することを目指しています。
