2023年4月4日に教育学研究科主催のTU-EDU Talks第１回（香港の高等教育）を開催しました。香港教育大学のDr. Weiyan Xiongと香港大学のDr. Lili Yangは本研究科を訪問し、香港の高等教育の現状や課題などについて、東北大学の研究者や学生たちと一緒に意見校を行いました。アジアの高等教育をどのように位置づけるか、アジアの大学（高等教育）の意味合いをどのように理論と実践からまとめ、概説するかが、今後のアジアの高等教育研究に必要な議論と研究の展開になると思われます。

 

The first TU-EDU Talks (Higher Education in Hong Kong) was hosted by the Graduate School of Education on April 4, 2023. Dr. Weiyan Xiong of the Education University of Hong Kong and Dr. Lili Yang of the University of Hong Kong visited our Graduate School and held a discussion with Tohoku University researchers and students on the current status and challenges of higher education in Hong Kong. How to position higher education in Asia and how to summarize and outline the implications of Asian universities (higher education) in terms of theory and practice will be a necessary discussion and research development for future Asian higher education research.
