2023年5月9日、TU-EDU Talks2023 第2回では、早稲田大学大学院アジア太平洋研究科教授の黒田一雄先生をお迎えし、国際教育協力と日本の取り組みについてご講演をいただきました。講演では、教育におけるグローバル・ガバナンス、リージョナル・ガバナンスの歴史と動向を概観された後、教育における国際協力の方針と実践を紹介されました。そして、日本の教育協力の方針と実践を紹介されました。講演後、参加者と講師との間で活発な意見交換が行われました。清華大学、東北大学、国立政治大学（台湾）の参加者から、教育における国際協力や日本の取り組みについて質問が出されました。
On May 9, 2023, in the 2nd session of TU-EDU Talks 2023, we were very pleased to welcome Prof. Kazuo Kuroda, Professor at Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies, Waseda University, to give a lecture on international cooperation in education and Japan's initiatives. In the lecture, Prof. Kuroda reviewed the history and trend of Global and regional governance in education. Then, he introduced policies and practice of Japan's educational cooperation. After the lecture, we had an inspiring discussion session between participants and our speaker. Participants from Tsinghua University, Tohoku University, and National Chengchi University raised questions on international cooperation in education and Japan's initiatives.
