The application for Spring 2024 NTNU Exchange Program starts from 4th September to 31st October, 2023. (application website: https://bds.oia.ntnu.edu.tw/bds/en/IE)
Required documents:
- Application Form
- Study Plan (approx. 800 to 1000 words, for both undergraduate and postgraduate)/ Research Plan (approx. 800 to 1000 words, for postgraduate only)
- Letter of Recommendation
- Official Academic Transcripts
- Enrollment Certificate (issued within 3 months)
(Can NOT be substituted with student ID card) - Photocopy of Passport
- Other Supporting Documents (if any)
(e.g. certificates, language proficiency test, portfolio…etc.) - Formal Headshot Photo (with high resolution)
*All the documents must either be in English or in Chinese only.
NOTES:
1. Please note the exchange student qualification is NOT guaranteed, departments have ultimate rights to decide whether to admit the applicants or not, even if they’ve met the application requirement.
2. The result of the qualification screening is estimated to be announced after 15th December, 2023.
3. Nominees are not able to change host departments once they are admitted, so nominees need to choose departments carefully.
4. NTNU’s department list can be found at https://en.ntnu.edu.tw/academics.php Applicants can access to the department’s website by clicking its name.
5. All exchange students are required to take at least one course provided by host department/institute.
6. Due to limited bed number, NTNU dormitory is NOT guaranteed.
