The speaker will share some of the research on early childhood field including the project with the University of Tokyo team. And the presentation will cover a range of research on home-based childcare and supporting children's early language development in Singapore and Japan.
About the speaker:
Prof Ang is world-leading expert in early childhood care and education with research interests in early childhood education and development, early learning, educational, social and global inequalities, teacher education, workforce development, international policy and development, and the interdisciplinary fields of early childhood education, child health and early development. Her research is focused on the social, cultural and policy influences on education in preschools, schools, home-based and non-formal settings.
