3月10日、Jane Knight教授（トロント大学）、杉村美紀教授（上智大学新学長）を教育学研究科にお迎えし、グローバル共生教育論コースの教員・学生と交流しました。修士課程の学生からは、本学の教員やグローバル共生教育論コースの紹介がありました。また、博士後期課程の学生も研究内容を発表し、ナイト先生や杉村先生から建設的で刺激的なコメントをいただきました。今回の訪問は、高等教育における国際教育分野の第一線で活躍されている先生方との貴重な交流の機会となりました。学生たちは、著名な研究者たちからやる気と刺激を受けました。

On March 10, we were pleased to welcome Dr. Jane Knight (Professor of University of Toronto) and Dr. Miki Sugimura (Professor and the Appointed New President of Sophia University) to visit the Graduate School of Education and have communication with faculty members and students of the Global Education Course. Master program students introduced our faculty and the Global Education Course to the guests. Also, Doctoral program students shared their research and received constructive and inspiring comments and suggestions from Dr. Knight and Dr. Sugimura. The visit was a precious opportunity for us to communicate with the leading scholars in the field of international education in higher education. Students were motivated and inspired by the distinguished scholars.
