We are pleased to announce that Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Education and Tohoku University Graduate School of Education signed Agreement on Academic and Student Exchange on February 1, 2026. With this new start, the two institutions are going to promote more academic and student exchange between faculty members and students at different levels. Moreover, Chulalongkorn University was invited to join the Asia Education Leader Course as the sixth participating university. We are looking forward to more collaborations between the two institutions from now on. Prof. Yotsawee Saifah, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University and Prof. Hideki Kozima, Dean of the Graduate School of Education, Tohoku University signed the agreement on behalf of each institution. Representatives from Chulalongkorn University, Tohoku University, and other participating universities of Asia Education Leader Course also joined the ceremony.

 

2026年2月1日、チュラロンコン大学教育学部と東北大学大学院教育学研究科は、学術交流および学生交流に関する協定を締結しました。本協定の締結を契機として、両機関は教員および学生の多様なレベルにおける学術交流・学生交流を一層推進していく予定です。

また、チュラロンコン大学は、Asia Education Leader Course（AELC）の第6番目の参加大学として新たに加わりました。今後、両機関のさらなる連携と協働の発展が期待されます。

本協定は、チュラロンコン大学教育学部長 Yotsawee Saifah 教授と、東北大学大学院教育学研究科長 小島英樹教授が、それぞれの機関を代表して署名しました。調印式には、チュラロンコン大学および東北大学の教員に加え、Asia Education Leader Course参加大学の教員も出席しました。
