編集規程（教授会内規）

2006年 3月15日 制定

  1. 東北大学大学院教育学研究科図書委員会（以下，図書委員会）内に東北大学大学院教育学研究科『研究年報』編集委員会（以下、編集委員会）を置く．
  2. 編集委員会は，図書委員会の委員長を長とし，図書委員会の委員・専門委員から構成される．
  3. 編集委員会は下記の事項を行う．
    1. 投稿原稿の募集
    2. 投稿原稿の受付
    3. 投稿内規に照らした投稿原稿の点検
    4. 点検を経た投稿原稿の正式受理と受理証明の発行
    5. その他，研究年報の編集に必要とされる業務

『研究年報』と『Annual Bulletin, Graduate School of Education, Tohoku University』は別雑誌です。ご注意ください。

『研究年報』投稿規程（教授会内規）

  1. 研究年報には，本研究科における研究論文および研究資料等を掲載する．
    研究資料には，調査・統計資料，文献資料紹介，内外諸研究の追試検討等を含む．
  2. 研究年報に研究論文等を投稿できる者は，次のとおりとする．ただし，次の4号及び5号の者 は，指導教員による投稿の許諾を得なければならない．
    1. 本研究科の専任教員
    2. 本研究科の博士研究員
    3. 本研究科に所属する日本学術振興会特別研究員
    4. 本研究科の研究生で，博士の学位を有する者又は博士課程（後期3年の課程）単位取得退学者
    5. 本研究科博士課程（後期３年の課程）の学生
    6. 前1号から5号の者が共同執筆の第一執筆者である場合，次の①から③の者を共同執筆者に加えることができる．
      ①修士の学位を有する本研究科の研究生
      ②本研究科博士課程前期課程の学生
      ③本研究科外の共同研究者
    7. その他，編集委員会が認めた者
  3. 投稿原稿は未発表のものに限る．
  4. 投稿件数は，単著または第一執筆の共著は1人1篇，第二執筆以下の共著は1人3篇までとする．ただし，単著又は第一執筆の共著1篇を含む場合は，第二執筆以下の共著は1人2篇までとする．
  5. 第1号の投稿申込は7月に行い，原稿提出締切日は9月下旬とする．第2号の投稿申込は12月に行い，原稿提出締切日は3月下旬とする．投稿申込と原稿の提出先は，教育学研究科・教育学部図書室とする．
  6. 研究論文および研究資料は，原稿はA4判用紙に横書きで44字/行×34行の書式で作成し，25頁以内とする（論文題，本文，表，図，注，文献，資料，付記などすべて，制限枚数のなかに含む．ただし，欧文抄録はこれに含まない）．原稿は，メールに添付して提出すること．
  7. 原稿の表紙に研究論文・研究資料等の別を明記し，論文題名，著者（共著者）の氏名，所属機関・職名を記入すること．また論文の要旨を400字以内にまとめ，5項目以内のキーワードを記入すること．
  8. 図や表には番号とタイトルをつけ，図の場合はその下部に，表の場合はその上部に記入すること．
  9. 文献および注は，本文と区別して論文末尾に一括して掲載すること．
  10. 欧文抄録は450語以内で原稿と同時に提出すること．欧文の校閲は投稿者の責任において行うこと．欧文抄録にも論文題名，著者（共著者）名，所属機関・職名，5項目以内のキーワードを記入すること．
  11. 印刷の体裁は編集委員会に一任する．
  12. 本年報に掲載される研究論文等については，本研究科が電子化し，東北大学ウェブサイト上で公開することを著作権者が許諾したものとする．

  1. The Annual Bulletin publishes research papers and research materials. Research materials include survey results, book review, and follow-up studies.
  2. Qualified authors are ones in the following categories ( in the cases of (4) and (5), consent from academic advisor is required):
    1. Full-time faculty members affiliated with the School
    2. Postdoctoral fellows affiliated with the School
    3. Research fellows of JSPS (the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) affiliated with the School
    4. Research students affiliated with the School who have earned a doctoral degree or who left the doctoral program upon having completed a sufficient number of credits for the course requirements
    5. Doctoral Students of the School
    6. The first authors in one of the above criteria may add others of following categories as co-authors:
      ① Research students who have earned a master’s degree
      ② Master’s students
      ③ Research collaborators not affiliated with the School
    7. Others with the permission of the editorial committee
  3. Original papers that have not been published previously and that are not under consideration for publication elsewhere are accepted.
  4. The number of submissions per person is limited by the conditions below:
    1. One paper is allowed as the first author
    2. Three papers are allowed without the case of the first author
    3. Two papers are allowed as non-first author if including the first author paper.
  5. Authors who wish to publish articles should submit the application form to the Faculty of Education Library by the end of September. The deadline of manuscript submission is the end of November.
  6. Research papers and research materials should be 10,000 words or less, printed on A4 paper using　an 11-point font size or higher. Manuscripts must be no longer than 25 pages, including the title, main text, tables, figures, notes, reference list, supplemental materials, and appendices, but excluding the abstract. Submit a digital copy to the editorial committee via email.
  7. Title page should include the submission type (research paper or research materials), the manuscript’s title, and the names and affiliations of the first author and any co-authors.
  8. All figures and tables must be numbered and have captions. Place captions below figures and above tables.
  9. Notes and the reference list should be provided together after the main text.
  10. An English abstract of 450 words or less should be submitted with the manuscript. The abstract should include the manuscript’s title, the names and affiliations of the first author and any co-authors, and up to five keywords.
  11. All typographic and printing matters are decided at the discretion of the editorial committee.
  12. Authors give their implied permission for any papers published in the journal to be digitized and posted on Tohoku University’s website.
